A: We provide a warranty period of 2 years for sanity ware.

A: We can accept small orders for samples, and production will begin once we confirm the sample order.

A: Yes, you are welcome to visit our factory in Xiamen city, Fujian, China.

Q10: What is your payment terms?
A: Our payment terms are typically 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment.

A: Yes, you can mix different items in one container.

A: We offer on-time delivery, a one-stop solution for bath and kitchen products, 24-hour customer service, and DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) services.

Q13: What should we do if we are not satisfied with the quality?
A: We strictly control product quality and follow the ISO 9001 and S6 system to minimize the defective rate. In case you find any defective products, please kindly inform us and provide relevant pictures/videos for our reference. We will compensate you and find out the root cause to ultimately eliminate the defects.
